The Breakthrough

The house didn't fall down and the floor height from new to old is dead on.

Framing The Addition

After two weeks rebuilding/leveling the existing floor system and installing five paralams to secure the two floors above, we finally made it outside to begin framing the addition-hallelujah!

The new foundation is ready to go, but the interior will require work. Numerous joist are rotten and will need to be repaired before we can finish leveling the space. Three support beams will need new posts.
