The new foundation is ready to go, but the interior will require work. Numerous joist are rotten and will need to be repaired before we can finish leveling the space. Three support beams will need new posts.

A Sixteen Sided Polygon

It takes a little bit of trigonometry to find the dimensions of one of sixteen equal triangles. A template representing the triangle simplifies the foundation layout.

The footing is complete.
We're counting on a lucky horeshoe to make all things right.

The floor is in. The baseboard heat and baseboard moldings are in. Our punch list is small. With a day of work this week the job will be done and its on to the next. And I am happy to say we have a next.
