Another Happy Customer

After being in the suburbs for fourteen months, we've moved on to Hoboken. We've booked numerous projects in Hoboken and one at Port Liberte, Jersey City. We're suprised by the Hoboken workload because of its proximity to New York and its dependence on the financial sector. You gotta love Hoboken!

The homeowner has been showering in their new master bath.
Copper gutters set the addition apart from the ordinary.
The custom kitchen cabinets lack only handles.
We started in the spring and are now enjoying the fall colors through the eleven addition windows.

The End is Near

The flooring and exterior painting have been completed; the kitchen cabinets are being installed.

Interior Work Begins

We keep chipping away-the shingle roof is complete, the insulation is in, and the sheetrock is scheduled. The tile man, copper guy and flooring boys are all waiting in the wings.

The house didn't fall down and the floor height from new to old is dead on.

Framing The Addition

After two weeks rebuilding/leveling the existing floor system and installing five paralams to secure the two floors above, we finally made it outside to begin framing the addition-hallelujah!
